Bravery and Happiness

I recently came across the following interesting quotes on the topic of bravery. I’ve followed each of them with what I think is the relevant happiness version!

“A hero is no braver than an ordinary man, but he is braver five minutes longer.”
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

A happy person does little different to an unhappy person, but he does what he needs to do to be happy more often and for longer.

“Bravery is being the only one who knows you’re afraid.”
~ Franklin P. Jones

Happiness is NOT being the only one who knows you’re sometimes unhappy.

“Courage is contagious. When a brave man takes a stand, the spines of others are stiffened.”
~ Billy Graham

Happiness is contagious. When a happy person expresses his/her happiness, the moods of others are lifted.
