Happiness might just be a phone call away

In the largest study of psychotherapy delivered over the telephone, researchers report positive long-term effects for individuals who receive brief telephone-based psychotherapy soon after starting on antidepressant medication.

And although we’ve not conducted rigorous trials such as this, at The Happiness Institute we’ve similarly found that tele-coaching effectively enhances happiness in clients who either can’t physical come to see our coaches or who, for what ever reasons, choose to engage in happiness life coaching via the convenience of their own phone.
