Happiness and health

I’ve long advocated the position that happiness is at least partially dependent on health. This doesn’t mean you can’t be happy if you have some form of illness or disability but it refers to the self-evident fact that it’s hard to have happiness if you’re constantly sick and tired.

There is a significant body of research now that supports the connection between happiness and healthy living, especially exercise and activity. Here are just a few examples for those of you who’re interested in reading more…
