Happiness and strengths
As many of you who’re familiar with our positive psychology approach to coaching would know, here at The Happiness Institute we’re big believers in the idea that to create happiness and success in life one’s chances will be significantly increased if one is able to identify and utilise core strengths.
Happiness comes more to those who use their strengths than to those who spend all their time just trying to fix their weaknesses.
I’ve written about this before, and it’s fully addressed in my book, The Happiness Handbook, as well as our happiness workbooks (click here for more). It’s an integral part of all our personal and corporate coaching programs.
