Happiness, Positive Psychology and Strengths

As most of you would know, our approach to coaching here at The Happiness Institute includes a significant component of coaching individuals, teams and organisations to make the most of their strengths.

There’s little doubt, if one reviews the life coaching and positive psychology research, that happiness and success come more easily to those who are more aware of and who better utilise their strengths.
